Your Christmas cards, your friendly smile and excellent, attentive staff is what keeps us coming back to you for our business. Mike has been super in this whole situation. I don't know if he told you, but I flew in there a week ago on a Saturday and said, "I've got 45 min and this is what I'd like to look at". He pulled out the golf card and away we went! I was concerned with totally different things than Doug was so when Doug and I came out, Mike told him everything he wanted to know and addressed all Doug's concerns. Y'all are awesome!
Dear Mary and staff of Dakota RV, We are long overdue in our heartfelt thanks for your help in September when our generator went out on our trip to Ridgeback Nationals. We really feel everybody went the extra mile to get the generator fixed and to make sure our four dogs were okay. A special thanks to fellow dog lover, Mary! I recently bought a motorhome from a private party in R.C. I started visiting your store to purchase needed supplies and Cole helped me with my shopping list, general questions, repair questions, preventative maintenance questions, etc.... In other words, he was very helpful and accommodating. I have been back several times to purchase other parts as well as ask many, many more questions and Cole has always been readily available. It's very nice and surprising in this day and age to get such great service from a business where I didn't make the "major purchase." I wanted to let you know what a great reflection that Cole is on your shop.
Dear Ms. Maloney, I would like to thank you, along with Cole Foster and Kevin, for getting me in your shop right away last Tuesday when I had the urgent problem with my refrigerator going out on me, and the possibility of losing all of our refrigerated and frozen food. Kevin made a fast examination of the problem area, and made the necessary correction that got me out and on the road again in less than one-hour (almost unheard of in this day and time). Kevin was very informative and explained the situation, as did Cole also, and the needed correction in simple and straight-forward terms. The end result was that I received excellent service and all at a very reasonable cost. Just wanted to let you know that we made it safe and sound to Sequim Washington. The RV park we are working at is really nice. It’s called Gilgal Oasis, (has a website). The Open Range pulled great. Dear Sir or Madam, We are writing to express our extreme pleasure with Dakota RV and especially Cole, Kevin, and Bill. Our treatment and the attention we were given from the outset was outstanding and beyond all our expectations. Cole scheduled our repairs, which took several days, to our convenience. In addition, he ordered the necessary parts within minutes of knowing what was needed. He is very personable and communicated with us every step of the process both face to face and via telephone. Kevin was super. He seemed to know we were arriving and immediately commenced working on our problems. He continued his efforts, which included calling King Dome and Monaco Coach Corporation until a solution was found for each of the issues. And, he continually informed us of what he was doing and what he found. Bill actually discovered bad wire leading to our monitor, which could have easily gone undetected. It was a very difficult find. Also, during our hours at your very comfortable business, we enjoyed conversing with Donna, Doug, and Mary. They were all very pleasant and kind.
