We had a leaking toilet in our 34 ft Class A motorhome while on a cross country trip. We called a day out and Dakota RV got us in the next afternoon and fixed the toilet (valve and seal) within the hour. They were polite and honest. If we were local I would visit again.
Great place to buy an RV. My family and I would recommend giving this place a try. This was our first RV purchase. Simple buying process with no BS and No hidden fees. No pressure at all. Sales guy Trevor is really nice and knows his stuff. The staff, Cole, Amanda and Kevin explained everything very well. Although we did have a problem with the slide out soon after we purchased our camper, the staff at Dokota RV worked tirelessly together and got our camper back to us just in time for our trip to Big Horn National Forest. That is called "Team-Work". It's about working together as a team and taking care of the customer even after the sale. Dakota RV gets it. So, if you're in the market for an RV, you owe it to yourself to give this place a try. You'll be impressed like we were

We would definitely shop here again. We traded an rv in for a new one, and the experience was SO positive. They worked with us by phone/text before we arrived. While at Dakota RV, we received all the attention we needed. During and after the deal, the crew has worked hard to make our rv purchase awesome. We’ve shopped “down the road” before, and were soured on working with the big store. It was unpleasant. Not at Dakota RV. Again, we highly recommend Dakota RV!
This place is great. We thought we had a propane leak in our RV while we were traveling. All RV places are busy, but because it was a safety issue, they were able to squeeze us in the next day, so we could continue traveling. Everyone was friendly, and they have an air-conditioned lounge to wait in. In less than an hour, the propane issue was resolved, we had a new cover for one end of our awning, and we were out of the shop and back on our way. Thank you, Dakota RV!
We were 2000 miles into a 5,000 mile trip. Brand new motorhome with only 45 hrs on the Ohnan 5500 generator. 92° out and generator stopped working. With it being 2 mins till closing Cole took the time and had plenty of patience to explain the fundamentals. Low and behold it was a simple fuel filter. Thank you again Cole keep doing what you do cause you're a good person and know your stuff.
